Research Fellow: Dr Keith Baker
Keith Baker joined MCIS in April 2008 from the University of Manchester where he worked on domestic energy policy. Keith was recently awarded his PhD at the University of Birmingham for an in-depth study of public-private partnerships in local government. His PhD was commissioned by the Economic and Social Research Council and the Department of Communities and Local Government.

Keith is curently working on the Sustainability of Nuclear Power: An Integrated Approach (SPRing) project which is seeking to examine the politics of nuclear energy generation.

Keith's research interests focus on energy policy, inter-organizational relationships and public sector procurement.
